"FRED" Rec Games

"FRED Rec Games" are weekly physical wellness activities to promote engagement, community, and positive mental and physical wellbeing.
The following list details the dates and times that activities will be offered for our students to engage in physical wellness activities throughout the semester. If these dates and times don’t work for you, don’t lose faith. More dates will come out throughout the semester and the games may change, too!

- Open Skate in the Steele Ice Rink
- Cornhole in the Dods Racquetball Courts
