Now Hiring Tutors and Peer Success Coaches

Tutoring Services is currently accepting applications from undergraduate students interested in joining our staff for the 2026 - 2027 academic year. Students are paid to work regularly scheduled hours, and training is provided. No previous experience is necessary. Being a tutor is a great way for students to enhance their own learning while providing an important service to Fredonia students. We are hiring in most subject areas but students who can tutor in Accounting, Biology, Business Administration, Chemistry, Computer Science, Communication Disorders and Sciences, Economics, Geosciences, Mathematics, Music, Psychology or Statistics are encouraged to apply.
In addition to tutors, we are hiring Peer Success Coaches. Peer Success Coaches hold drop-in hours to assist students with things like time management, organization, study skills, test taking and motivation as well as facilitate Accountability Groups and peer led workshops.
The deadline for applications is Friday, April 3 at 4 p.m. Applications are available online and require references from at least two faculty in the area they are applying.
